You have spent a lot of years in a career and now find yourself looking for a job. You are starting in a new field and discover that it isn’t what you thought. You don’t like the job you are at, and or the field you are working in. You are unemployed and think it is a good time to consider a different career.

There are many reasons why you may want to look hard at the career you are in or a career you think you would like. Whatever the reason, it is always a good time to explore your career options. With the rapidly changing job market it is important for you to identify the job skills you have, what skills you have that are transferrable and, if you are looking for a change, what skills you may need for the job you seek.
